11. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival incur no charge.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival incur the full service fee.
No-shows incur the full service fee.
12. How is availability confirmed?
All services are provided by request and subject to availability.
A reservation is confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of payment.
